• Server (Guild) IDs & Names: To store settings and configurations specific to your server.
• Message Content (Temporary): Messages are processed in real-time for AI moderation (toxicity/scam detection) and are NOT stored permanently in our database.
• Command Usage Logs: To improve bot performance and debug issues.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide core features like moderation, logging, and server management.
• To maintain your custom settings and preferences.
• To prevent abuse and ensure the security of the bot.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Data may only be shared if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in to the dashboard. These cookies are valid for 7 days and are automatically deleted after expiration. They are necessary for the website to function properly and do not track your activity across other sites.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted databases. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights (Data Deletion)

You have the right to request the deletion of your data. To do so:

• Remove the bot from your server (this stops future data collection).
• Contact us via our Support Server to request a full data wipe.

7. Third-Party Services

Sentriya uses the Discord API and may interact with other third-party services (e.g., Gemini AI for moderation). Please review their respective privacy policies.
